I've never been one that was too into the flat bottom shirts, but this one works well with various casual settings. I'm not sure about most people, but I actually keep stuff in my shirt pockets all the time-and this flannel has 2; perfect for keeping a valet ticket in one, lighter in the other. This shirt is nearly $200, but there are countless comparable ones like it for much more reasonable prices out there. Albeit the quality might be as high, but I've certainly been disappointed by expensive name brands, too.

I tend to think of it as a high-end, exclusive J. Crew.
This designer shirt is, of course, top-notch quality, but if your budget, like mine, isn't quite up to par with such a price point a comparable shirt can be found here.

A coat like this is very much an essential to any Southern Gentleman's winter wardrobe for the when he needs to project an air of sophistication, but, of course, needs to keep his self warm. It comes in a variety of colors and sizes and is available at an upscale, nationwide department store at a very reasonable price.

Cut a bit differently to fit more snugly, made in America, but significantly more expensive than the jacket above, that is probably made in Asia somewhere, this jacket can be found across the Southeast at many fine retailers. Like the gentleman in the picture, wear it with some dark blue trousers and probably even some black boots. Schott is based out of New York City and their products can even be found at Army Surplus Stores.
